In a group comprising 6-7 members, the students are required to create a comprehensive set of construction drawings that focus on detailing the building elements of the superstructure. These elements encompass the floor, wall, door, window, staircase, and roof. The students will base their drawings on a provided floor plan of a double-storey terraced house. Depending on their assigned group, the students will be given either a reinforced concrete (R.C) frame with brick infill or timber as the designated construction materials for the double-storey terraced house. To ensure clarity and organization, each drawing must be executed on a separate sheet of A3 size paper. Additionally, the students must also produce a physical model of the house as part of this assignment.
