The final task for this course involves designing a Tropical Sanctuary at Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam (TBNSA), with a focus on creating a space for contemplation, rest, discussion, and other activities within a maximum built-up area of 100sqm. The design should accommodate two people comfortably for a short stay of 2-3 days. It is crucial to establish a strong relationship between the design and the tropical site context, utilizing architectural principles, materiality, and constructability to create a memorable spatial experience. The space requirements include a contemplating area, working area, discussion space, resting area, and a washroom.
